DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I moved in on 11/1/2024, was never given a key to the pool or the gym. Bathroom was filthy. Garbage disposal didn't work, two windows and blinds didn't work, and AC wasn't on. It took over 6 weeks and a threat to call a lawyer to get my repairs done. I STILL Don't have a key to the pools or gym (which I pay for) and now they have stopped responding to my calls and emails. If I could afford to end my lease early I would, counting the days until my lease is up!
I love how quickly TGM employees respond to my inquires and feel that the staff are extremely helpful. It is a warming and happy place to live.

What ever you do stay away from this property. Very pretty from the outside but, one you sign and are in your unit it is a different story. Paperwork not ready at move in. Keys not ready. Since not working bugs everywhere. Dad and Alice more roaches then I care to see in move in. Dirty, blind not working, bathroom dirty, ribs were dirty. I cleaned when u moved in and started two days. Not living like this.
