Made an appointment for an oil change and alignment, they helped fix a pulling issue I was having. After the appointment they recommended a few more services I did/will soon need, and Garrett was helpful in each. Didn’t feel pressured at all to agree to anything else.
I started to break down a mile away on my way to work. They got me in right away and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The whole process was simple and easy and I appreciate the immediate support
Garrett was a life saver and came with a jump pack to get my battery started and able to avoid a tow to the shop. They were able to get me a new battery installed and back on the road in less than 45min. Highly recommend!
I had my 2017 VW Tiguan serviced here on 5/07/25. They replaced front and back rotors, did a brake fluid exchange, replaced a serpentine belt, and replaced a valve cover gasket and upper timing cover. 99% of the time I have my VW serviced at the dealership as I have had bad experiences with any other shops.
