I started to break down a mile away on my way to work. They got me in right away and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The whole process was simple and easy and I appreciate the immediate support

I had my 2017 VW Tiguan serviced here on 5/07/25. They replaced front and back rotors, did a brake fluid exchange, replaced a serpentine belt, and replaced a valve cover gasket and upper timing cover. 99% of the time I have my VW serviced at the dealership as I have had bad experiences with any other shops. Thank you to the wonderful staff that took care of us on our roadtrip from Canada to Florida! We needed our car assessed and repaired quickly so we could get back on the road the same day. Not only were they able to help us out, they took care of us! We had two cats and a dog with us, and our crazy toddler. We were able to keep our animals cool in their shop and they showed us a walking trail we could take our dog and son on while we waited.
