I found a $9.99 silk bonnet with rhinestones on a non-sale wall, yet the identical item was also in a sale bin for the same price. When I asked Alan why, he claimed they were marked down from $14.99, contradicting a previous coworker who said they were marked down from $10.99 and falsely insisted they were different items. After I physically held them side-by-side to prove they were the same, I apologized for questioning them, but left due to feeling that these were deceptive and unfair sales practices.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish; everyone was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, so you're bound to find what you're looking for. Highly recommend!
I shop here all the time!! Their wigs are Great quality!They have all the products you could want! And if they dont they will try their best to find any similar product! The employees are very outgoing and they welcome you as soon as you walk in!! I recommend this place! Best beauty supply in the bay and in the neighborhood!! Support them!!
