Service was initially ok to begin with. I ordered a steak and my friend ordered a ceaser salad which took 15 minutes and when we asked for an extra chicken breast it took another 15 minutes. When we complained we were told that the grill was on a low heat and wasn't cooking things fast enough and they still tried to charge us 7.50 for the extra chicken breast, im disappointed because I frequented TGIF melbourne central before the renovation and it seems afterward that some of the staff dont have enough training when it comes... read more
I just need to give a huge shout out to DJ. DJ’s customer service is exceptional. His knowledge of the menu is excellent. I would also like to thank him for his patience when I was having troubles getting my app to work. Another shoutout to the bar staff for an excellent Mojito and to the kitchen staff for the delish southern fried chicken fingers. The renovations look great.
Love the new fit-out. The service was absolutely exceptional, better than the fine dining experience we had the night before! Thank you Megan, apparently her first day. She was amazing. Every dish was tasty and the salad was super fresh. Thank you, team.
