The worst customer experience. I went today chadstone branch we had a waitress her name is minclr she’s so rude and she gave us an attitude im so upset with the services provided in that place.
I went to TFIG today with my family for dinner. Almost every staff member we interacted with was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. I have no complaints about the service overall except for one staff member. I don’t know her name, but she was wearing dark red lipstick and hanging earrings. Unfortunately, her attitude towards us came across as very rude, and it felt as though we had done something wrong simply by being there. We also noticed her speaking rudely to some of her coworkers. Came here a couple days ago, very good experience, atmosphere was good and food came quick. Our waiter Elise was helpful and provided us with good fast and efficient service, will be coming back!
The waitress elise was awesome, she took me to my table with a friendly smile and gave me extremely welcoming energy, she helped me with the app when i was struggling to order. Great work, I will be coming back because of the awesome service here !!
