After Spending $153.00 on my Birthday Dinner with My Family ,,, I felt that me and my Family were rushed through our dinner and did not get the Birthday treatment,,, also my 7 year old Grandson found a bug in his Fruit cup ,,, the manager did come out and apologize and paid for my Grandsons Pizza ,,
I’m there 2-3 times a week never had a bad experience, appetizers are delicious. Grace, Benito, Gary, Ariel excellent customer service! Thank you!
They had a rack of ribs special so they were busy and short handed. The servers could not have been nicer and kept stopping at the table to check on us and give us updates. When our rib dinners arrived, they were excellent. We plan to go back before the special ends !!!
Service was good had ribs and shrimp. Ribs were good shrimp not good.
I had the best time, the food was yummy and our server was very nice
Service was horrible food was cold and we had a party of 45 people half of our people sent the food back after waiting a long time to eat it will never give them my business again it was horrible and food was nasty
Worst experience to date our waiter/bartender at the bar was Benito worst service ever had to ask another bartender to take our order finally got our appetizers and they were terrible potato skins were hard and oily don't think I will be visiting TGI Fridays anytime soon.
I don't like to complain but this time I should....we sat at the bar for 10 minutes befor being acknowledged....so finally a female bartender came and took our order we had drinks and dinner...our drinks came first we waited for our dinner for 35 minutes...my husband and I were wondering what happened to our order...a different female bartender just walked in the bar area and asked if we have ordered, I said yes we ordered but our food is taking quite awhile. so she checked the computer and apparently our order was not submi... read more
Most people would say "what's there to say it's just another restaurant chain?" I would disagree. Customer service is important from a chain down to a small mom and pop shop. My family and I have been going to this one for years and I have to say there's been some kind of improvement because the past couple of times have been perfect. Even the manager came to our table twice to ask how everything was. I can't recall a manager ever coming to our table in the past here. I will definitely keep going back to this location 👍🏻
