The great value of urgent cares. Went in there and when I leave I realized they haven't actually given me the prescription. Had to go back in because their phone number goes to a prerecorded operator robot, you can't get hold of a human being even though there are people sitting at the front desk wasting their lives by the hour. I didn’t have to wait too long Friday morning to be seen. Satisfied with results and staff was professional.
Staff was friendly, and Dr Cocioba was clearly on top of his game. My wound was too minor for stitches. So he cauterized it chemically.
Friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable and clever. Dr C was sharp and clever as well as witty.
