This was my second time visiting this location. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait long before I was called back to the room. The doctor was very thorough and asked all the right questions.
I went in without calling first. I only had to wait for a few minutes, Evelyn is the nice lady at the desk, very knowledgeable and kind. First thing, I noticed how clean everything was. The Medical tech was gentle, patient and courteous. Megan, ARNP was the best. She is very thorough, very knowledgeable. She listened to my answers, and took great care to read the contents of my chart. he called prescriptions for the meds she wanted me to take. I could not have asked for better treatment.
Great experience. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was normal, facility was modern and clean. The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Megan C., that treated me was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened and understood my symptoms. She was caring while providing an approach to address my issues. She put me to ease and answered all questions.
