July 7,2025 the customer service was terrible. I’m trying to see if I need to find a different TGH urgent care that welcome me and not so aggressive. Tampa MLK BLVD.

Staff was efficient and courteous. Technicians were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor James was excellent and explained in detail. I found his explanation easy to understand. I would go back to this urgent care clinic.
