Urgent Care visit at Tarpon Springs location. Expertise, kindness, and professionalism. The desk staff, the assistant, and the physician were all helpful, detailed, and very informative. In the exam room there is an interactive screen for patients to use for health and medical subjects, which is easy to use and informative. Julia and Tonya were supportive and detailed. I liked the nurse practioner there on Saturday. She could not identify what skin condition I had but took swabs for bacteria and virus and ordered antibiotics steroids and antiviral medicine to just cover it all until results come back. She had great bedside manner and I was happy she reassured me the rash was not shingles !
