I had a quick 10 minute appointment during my lunch break. The woman at the check in desk was quick and efficient with verifying my insurance and Dr. Frommann was personable and friendly. Great location and service. Thank you!
The front desk was extremely nice and showed a lot of empathy towards me. However, the woman that took my vitals and asked what was going on was not so nice. She was quite rude in fact, she even said “Oh Christ” at one point. I wasn’t impressed at all.
The staff was polite understanding. Including the person at the check in they were knowledgeable about there job. The doctor was very thorough and the nurse was also good at her job and calming. It's a challenging job. And they were great. I left feeling comfortable and content with the care I received Thank you
I went there yesterday evening and luckily it wasn’t busy. I was taken back right away. Andrew the PA was taking care of another patient but then came to see me. He was attentive and compassionate. He called in a script for me. I would recommend this urgent care
