Quick care and professional, friendly staff. One of the better urgent cares out there!
Misdiagnosed. I get sick with a head cold and a sore throat like once a year…amoxicillin always clears up the infection… I went in to get a prescription for it, the child they had working there looked into my throat for two seconds and said that was not it, and would not give me the medication without more payment. I went somewhere else, and they immediately gave me the prescription. Do yourself a favor… Go somewhere else.
There was no wait time and the doctor was wonderful. She asked several detailed questions and was able to take care of my needs in less than 5 min! The script was sent to the pharmacy immediarly. Very thankful to have virtual access to such high quality medical care.
Most awkward interaction with the only person we saw. You stand at a counter without anyone attending to you only to self register while having to stand the whole time. When a person did show up she only told us to see her once we finished. Once we did that, a few more questions about insurance and then she asked for a debit or credit card which my disabled son doesn’t have so without anything else said she cancelled his information and gave a copy of his insurance card for us to “take with us”. I went there for some peace of mind after feeling heart palpitations. Had the worst experience ever. First they were unclear about the rates and what I was getting for it. Then I ended up having to pay more because the technician scared me and I wanted to get a full evaluation with a doctor. Paid another 200+ to see a doctor, and ended up seeing the rudest, coldest PA I’ve ever met in my life named Kelly Black.
