It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care faculty. The place was clean and the staff was efficient and very friendly I would highly recommend it
Update to include PA Shawn….Cassandra, Dr Kristen, Tiya, Embi, from my last visit and Dr. Ferrell, Laura, Cassandra and the others from my prior visit were very nice and professional. They tested me for the right condition. They got antibiotics ordered and they showed they cared. I appreciated the service received in a timely manner and would recommend.
The PA took me back instead of the nurse when he took me back he told me the nurse was on a break however I know for a fact, unless there’s another nurse to cover, they cannot take long breaks. He decided I need to EKG I had to wait 45 minutes for the nurse to come back from her break to do my EKG while hooking me up. She stopped what she was doing to check her phone cause she got a text message. She also had earbuds in the whole time and did not hook up my EKG correctly. She also smelled strongly of marijuana.
Quick care and professional, friendly staff. One of the better urgent cares out there!
