Waiting area was extremely hot, my child and i were sweating the entire time during our 3 hour wait. I notified the front desk of the uncomfortable temperature and she ruddy told me it can’t be fixed. There are no baby changing stations on the premises. There was only 1 PA working, no other doctors, so that explains the long wait time. The PA was kind and efficient but overall I would not recommend this location.
This urgent care is in a convenient location, but my experience was frustrating. The first time I went, I waited for two hours. The following week, I got sick with something else and returned, only to wait nearly three hours. Other patients were seen before me, and after finally being seen, I was told nothing was wrong. I then went to a different urgent care, where I received the treatment I needed right away.
