The worst service you can expect is what you get when you call that center. My experience has been very unpleasant. After waiting 20 minutes and saying that the call wasn't clear, the person who answered just hung up. I called again and have already been on hold for another 20 minutes... I don't understand how, when you hear about all the successes TGH has nationally and all the things they boast about, their service to the public leaves much to be desired. Don’t walk, run away from this place. They will bill literally everything to your insurance company as a hospital visit even though it’s literally a doctors office. Will not revise any invoice. You can’t talk to someone, they make you jump through 9000 layers because one person says USF handles it, then another person says Tampa General handles it.
