Avoid TGMG and TGH. Patient care is no longer of interest. Misdiagnosising, neglect, mistreatment and so much more.
I never leave reviews, but this had to made.. i love my child’s doctor but Fatima at the front desk was so very rude. She told me to use the kiosk and the kiosk wasn’t working for me so she was mad she had to do her job and check me in. Gave me attitude the whole time of me just having to sign in then proceeded to say her attitude is because I didn’t use the kiosk. I’ve never had a problem with the staff here but she needs to be put in the back away from clients
UPDATE: Grateful for the new phone system they have in place. I appreciate the option for them to call me back so I’m not on hold forever…….Currently have been on hold for TWO HOURS! and still waiting. A woman picked up the phone after an hour I told her I needed someone to explain my CT results, I need to know what’s going on in my body. She proceeds to immediately place me back on hold without an explanation as to why. I’m currently still on hold as I write this review. Handled everything great in a quick timely manner. Very pleased with my experience at the location.
The worst service you can expect is what you get when you call that center. My experience has been very unpleasant. After waiting 20 minutes and saying that the call wasn't clear, the person who answered just hung up. I called again and have already been on hold for another 20 minutes... I don't understand how, when you hear about all the successes TGH has nationally and all the things they boast about, their service to the public leaves much to be desired. They should work more on how they handle calls when people need info... read more
