Very poor service. 0/5 and I would definitely say it is far from being the top hospital in Canada. They messed up my vascular appointment, I have now called the Dr's office 5 times and left messages as well as signed up for the UHN patient portal but to no avail, no one ever calls me back and no one ever answers the phone. If health is your main goal here, look elsewhere, your very life might depend on it.
I am absolutely horrified by the lack of care and compassion my family received at Peter munk cardiac centre during my father’s final days. While a few nurses were truly amazing compassionate, attentive, and doing everything they could there were others who were completely incompetent and unprofessional. I had to repeatedly ask them to attend to my father when his mouth was overflowing with fluids and needed suctioning something that had been neglected for hours.
