Very disappointed with whoever runs the scheduling department. I’ve tried to schedule an appointment for my child all week and I keep being told that the scheduler will call me back. I had to send an email with the doctor’s order, my ID, and my insurance card. Each day, I’ve called and waited for a return call, only not to receive one. It’s been three days and I’ve yet to get a return call from the scheduler. It’s frustrating because I just want to get my child the help he needs. A little communication would be appreciated.

Tori-Ann was an outstanding OT hand specialist. From the very first visit, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism and deep knowledge in her field. I was being treated for a right pinky tendon issue, and she quickly created a plan that was both effective and easy to follow. Her exercises were excellent—I started seeing results almost immediately. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Tori-Ann to anyone in need of hand therapy.
Went for a Functional Capacity Evaluation. Tom was very thorough and professional. He was patient and went at my pace to precisely determine my pain levels and abilities. The entire staff was very courteous and caring. I would highly recommend them.
