I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to today since this location gets such an extreme mix. I made my mammogram appointment easily online last week. Was in and out today in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant and the location seemed very clean.
Used this place to get an ultrasound. I needed to call them a few days later about an issue. I called in the middle of the week in the middle of the day, and I hit every single extension there was to get a live person, this also included the line for doctor's offices, no human ever picked up. Whole times for each extension were in excess of 10 to 15 minutes , and no one ever picked up any of these phone lines I finally had to hit the extension for urgent radiologist services, they didn't know anything so I asked for who the ... read more
My husband got X-rays because the Dr thought he may have broken his foot. It's been two days and we still don't have the test results. It's unbelievable they allow someone to go so long untreated. It's medical negligence. I now have to take him to a different medical facilities urgent care clinic for a new X-ray so he can be treated. I will never go to another TGH Dr or imaging center again.

Great experience everytime I’ve gone- everyone has always been kind and professional. The CT guy with glasses is always super friendly and quick, I can’t remember his name but awesome everytime I’ve gone. And today I had an Mari and Aric did everything possible to help me feel comfortable and get through it, like legit super patient and kind!
