Office staff is disorganized, late calls back, we stood there scheduling a follow up appointment, but had to wait for the office staff to stop talking about their lunch plans for a couple minutes before we could their attention. I called 3 months prior to my initial appointment to submit my imaging for the doctor done at the hospital. Even though a week before that appointment I called and verified they had the imaging.
