My first visit here; I went in with severe dizziness. While I was grateful to rule out stroke, or any other major issue, I asked the nurses along with Dr. Homan to check my ears, as that was most common issue. Each refused my request stating, I don’t have ear infection symptoms (pain, itchy, etc).
Three days later, I’m still dizzy and my right ear is ringing and feels ‘heavy’. If we weren’t waiting for a hurricane to hit, I could follow up with my regular dr.
What would have taken seconds to perform, might have saved me days of dealing with this.
My confidence in their care is diminished.
3 stars for cleanliness, no wait, kind staff and ease of getting meds. Yet all this means little compared to not getting the care you need and are paying for. 🤷🏻♀️

Amazing staff! They are so organized with seeing patients and using Covid protocol. Shoutout to Dr. McJennett and Nurse Jennifer for taking excellent care of my son. Thank you!

The staff was amazing and make you feel comfortable and there very attentive and passionate with the care they provide The anthesiogist Munoz was God sent, One of the Best surgery center Ive ever been in and with as many back surgeries Ive had, this speaks volume, I now know what center I will request for my needs in the future.
