Things have changed for the worse. Took away my 5 star rating from a year ago. Today I went in for high BP again, triage was fast and kind (1 star for that), Labs came through quickly (1 star for that), nurses were great PERIOD. If I was rating them alone then there'd still be a five star review. The problem was, there was only one Dr in the hospital and I arrived before 9:00pm. No meds were ordered. If you like being treated with complete disrespect, you’ve found the place. The staff is completely uneducated and have no bed side manner whatsoever. Very poorly managed ER and truly sad to see healthcare handled with little to no oversight. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This urgent care facility requires immediate attention. System failures resulted in a five-hour wait, after which, despite being promised x-ray results within an hour, the physician departed, leaving us unattended. When inquiring at the nurse's station, we were inexplicably offered the option of returning later, effectively requiring another lengthy wait and additional insurance billing. Very prompt getting you in a room. The Physicians and staff are knowledgeable and make sure to leave no stones unturned.
