Went in yesterday to check my head after I got hit in the head. The lobby was clean, organized, vending machines were available too and waiting time to see a doctor was not bad at all. The nurses that triaged me were AMAZING, Sherry being the main one that took care of me, you deserve all the flowers, thank you for being so kind, so thorough and for helping me calm down while I was in pain. The staff is wonderful at this place. Thank you

Alan is by far the worst, and heartless nurse we have ever came across. My mom went to the TGH Healthplex Emergency Room in Brandon because she was passing a kidney stone and he treated her inhumanely. If anyone has suffered that kind of pain before, you understand how severe it is. He had no sympathy and treated her horribly and she could not defend herself because she felt she was dying. Good for if you come in on an ambulance other then that don't come here you'll be here for hours for something minor for your child. Staff must have changed. Gave me the wrong directions and room number and had me walk in on people.
I waited 6 hours and not one nurse or doctor seen my daughters the worst experience I have ever experienced
