Took my girl there 3 times in 3 days. Not a single blood or urine test was done. She had a cyst drained. They didnt pack the large wound or place a drain after the drainage procedure for the cyst. So were back and this time Waited over 4hrs for someone to come after pressing the help button in the room. No one ever came. Pressed button multiple times. Staff was great. THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE.!!! They charge you emergency room pricing very important. I got charged $250 for a steroid shot and that was my co-pay. Unfortunate but I will not be going back here again. They failed to tell you that they charge you ER pricing from the get-go. Maybe I should’ve known, but I didn’t.
Waiting for 4 hours and no treatment received. Very bad experience.

I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, so I'm sort of an unfortunate regular here. All 3 times I was seen swiftly, professionally, and with genuine care by the different physicians and nurses. The first time I was treated for my eye, the second and third time for sutures in my palm and their removal. The facility was clean and calm compared to the chaotic Davis Island location. They did a great job and I'm grateful to have a reliable emergency center close to me, though hopefully I won't need to visit again!
