Minimal wait time (under 15 minutes), Helen was the best ever. Rodney was also a great help. Staff were very kind.
Wish I would of read the reviews. I was there on 10-11-25 The front desk was great, they took me back right away. The Nurse guy was one of the nicest and helpful person there. The short women doctor was not bad and was trying to figure out the issue. Wish they didn't just look for what they believe issue is and look for what the symptoms are. We experienced medical bias. We took our child here to receive emergency care on October 6, 2025. Timely Care was intentionally delayed by all the staff on duty from 4:45 pm- 11:30pm. We were told several times that our child was “fine” and there were other patients that took priority. However several nurses and doctors found the time to engage in antagonist tactics such as slamming our room door closed and then calling me rude. I would recommend Brandon hospital over this place. When I walked in no one gave me a sense of professionalism. The equipment to check my eye pressure was not working. Yet, I was still responsible to pay for it. I left this place questioning if the Physician who helped was actually qualified to be there.
