I was looking for a job a few years ago and spent an evening at this place during training. They treated everyone poorly, and yelled at the kids constantly. They did a restraint on a boy simply because he was not being respectful. They also screamed and yelled at another kid for the entire evening just because he was not being respectful. As a client of this group home they Say stuff and then don’t want you to respond its like they don’t care at all what you feel, they will allow other people to do things but as soon as I do it they say I will get 24 hours in my room but the people who does do 24 hours they get to go on outings but I can’t do it.
Management is disgusting here! They mess up payroll almost every month. Underpaying or at times Overpaying employees. The owner is very disrespectful & has no problem degrading & cussing at their employees. Not a good company to work for or do business with! Do not waste your time here.
