Dylan was an excellent realtor and helped us find the perfect home! He was very knowledgeable when we visited many of the homes we toured. He was patient and willing to explain the pros and cons of any given issues in a home. As new home buyers Dylan was always willing to take time and break down the ins and outs of the home buying process which we found to be extremely helpful.
Rollin Gosney is awesome! I was really struggling to find a home and was on a time crunch. Rollin found me my home! He found it right as it went on the market and we swooped in. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. He made the whole house hunting process much less stressful. He is proffesional and super nice. He always kept in touch with me and responded to my messages immediately. I will make it a point to recommend him and his team to anyone that is moving.
Horrible experience. As a seller you have no say in anything everything is about the buyers . Buyers complain and home owner has to obey even if house is sold as is. One of the agents messed up on numbers and I spent 18k in closing costs. Double my last house. Before you choose this company do your research go with a big company.

Dylan Burns did everything humanly possible to sell my house. it seemed like the odds were against us, but he never lost faith that the house would sell. Dylan goes above and beyond to get the best for his clients.
