We made an appointment online and when we got to the shop the store was closed. We even received a confirmation email. But the storefront is now a new business.
Im only giving one star because thats all thats available, I scheduled my appt a month before my appt specifically because I had my mom traveling from another state. Scheduled my appt ,the girl explained to how things worked at their store everything was fine. In the beginning, everything was beautiful and everyone at TJ bridal was so attentive. I decided on a dress that I loved from this store. We went over the payment and I was told that all the alterations were included. For reference, the dress was a size 8 and they had to size it down to a size 4.
