Tom was outstanding and very quick to address the problem. Cleaned up the mess and left my renter with a great impression. Very professional. I will always call him first.
We have used TG AC and Heating a couple times now and really enjoy the quality of service, friendliness and professionalism.
Arrived 5 minutes after call. The ac was not working due to blotched repair from one of the major, highly advertised ac companies. To knew what was wrong ,and fixed it right away. I appreciate that he did not try to sell expensive additional equipment. I shall be using him for service in the future!
Tom was friendly and fair. Grateful for his quick response! He did a great job explaining what he was working on, and what he thought we should do next.
