Had an Ironman bar fitted and light bar. Called 3 times over 3 days, as the lights on the Ironman bar are not working. All 3 times was told I will call you back in 10 minutes. No call back. Called a week later and again was told I’m really busy will call you back. Had to get an auto elec to fix the bar. Also asked specifically for a stedi light bar on the front bar and was given a different brand. I’m very reasonable and understanding but communication is key gentleman. Won’t be back.
It was great dealing with Trent, wanted a few things done for my 4wd and it was pretty straight forward, he paid attention to my requests and got the job done with no BS, its literally a one stop shop for all your 4wd needs.
Had bad experience with another 4wd shop so I decided to give this place a shot and I don't regret it one single bit, was going to have the other shop installed it for me but had too many set backs so I said "this place looks good I'll go there" which the parts list included a lift kit, light bar, rear lights and a side awning, when there was a issue they called me up and we sorted it out within a minute, customer service and instalment was amazing and professional and will definitely be coming back after I buy more gear 5/5... read more
Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Always respectfully listening to my layman terminology, fixing dodgy work I’d received elsewhere, thoroughly assessing and addressing only that which is necessary, and doing a damn fine job every time.
Excellent service and advice! Been bringing my cars here for years and always referred people here ! Can’t get better and more honest service
