I have never loved workout classes....but this is like no other. These people are family and make you feel so welcome. They cheer you on at any level!

The positive energy that you find at this place motivates me to get to the gym by 6 a.m. several times a week! Coaches Nicole and Katie start each workout session with a story that will give you some food for thought. They challenge you to always give your best!
I have learned so much since June! I feel stronger and smarter for having joined Dailey Fitness. Nicole and Katie really make me feel like 100 bucks every time I walk in the door. I feel like I have new friends and a new family! 6am ROCKS THE HOUSE!!
