Got attacked by their forklift trainer Raymond on my second day. Not impressed, he's their only trainer so I don't think I'll be going back. Refused to participate in unsafe work and I don't think I'll be accommodated by getting a different trainer. Not happy

They train you poorly and when you make mistakes you are written up. You are set up for failure no matter how skilled you are. Full time employees will throw the temps under the bus when they screw up. Even when presented with the truth they will deny it. I was there for 3 months and they fired at least 15 people, good people with hard work ethics. Very poorly managed company, they rule by fear, and not by good example. Horrible management. A Union sits by and allows TFT Ownership to eliminate jobs, making everyone else's jobs harder. The reason GM eliminated jobs (to crush the Union) has worked wonderfully for GM, and the jobs they passed off to this company have workers who are overworked every single day. The job's only good for if you're stuck for cash. Around $700 a week take-home, and that's through a Temp. Agency. Touchwood - I have got a very good team to work with and very nice colleague- happy to come every day for work and get to learn a lot- u need have patience and some times u need to take it easy on pple don’t get upset just come do u work and go- happy work place happy life.
