I’m currently working with TFT. I’ve been treated well and can honestly say, It’s a much better place to work than many others. Their steps of 3210 with regards to safety is fundamental for all of us having a safe and productive work environment.
Unsafe and toxic work environment where management/HR turns a blind eye to safety and treat complaints, even service-related, like a joke. They don't even follow their own or any policies and have broken labor laws in many ways. Company has given up and deteriorated itself.
