This company is a scam. Full of people that get you in bad investments and then leave you hanging dry when things go south. Don't belive their sales pitch. They had me invest into a trailer home with the company MTTX. This company was a bigger scam than TFS. There reviews you see on their company profile were employees of their company. Wow! if you are new to real estate investment and looking to start building your portfolio, please come see the team at TFS. I was nervous to start this journey, with so many questions and couldn't find a source for guidance...that is until i met TFS team. They took the time and effort in making sure i was comfortable with the investment property. Personally, it was a learning experience, a bit stressful...but the team got me through it. Overall, it was a great experience and i would highly recommend.
