This company is a scam. Full of people that get you in bad investments and then leave you hanging dry when things go south. Don't belive their sales pitch. They had me invest into a trailer home with the company MTTX. This company was a bigger scam than TFS. There reviews you see on their company profile were employees of their company. I was taken on a tour to Texas with my partner a small group and shown the investments for our 1031 exchange it was very informative and quite a success I’d really recommend Edward for going above and beyond for his clients I look forward to creating a relationship with tfs properties for further opportunities on commercial real estate
