Most incompetent company I've ever worked with in freight. Took 6 days business days to get pick up from NJ to get to Manch NH; with different excuses every day that were clearly lies. Was told by two different associates on the same day it was weather related, another said Holiday on a random day. Ended up spending the money to rent a Uhaul and pick up the freight myself. Do not deal with this company if you want your freight in timely manner.

Great customer service, called at 1pm to see if I could come pick up my shipment instead of waiting for delivery, Ann Marie that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, checked on my shipment and said it was still on the trailer but give them an hour and they will have it ready. When I got there and walked in a gentleman came right out of his office and took care of everything. In and out in 15 minutes, very pleased.

DO NOT USE! Awful company. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to show up for a pickup. Then, to make up for it, they "guaranteed" a pickup for the following morning. They never showed up. I was on the phone with customer service for hours, and they had no excuse except "the driver won't make it." I think they have one truck and they are brand new to the freight business. Stay away!
