Tony and his team were amazing to work with. As a new homeowner, I had the misfortune of finding out too late that my HVAC system was 30 years old with really worn down ducts and pretty much on its last legs. Tony and his team at TFF HVAC were absolutely incredible! They worked with us to customize a cooling system that fit our needs and our budget and were extremely patient and responsive to all of my questions as a new homeowner. They maintained the "mom and pop" tradition of valuing their customers while still providing quality products and services. Tony installed our HVAC almost ten years ago, and this is the first time we need Tony back to fix a furnace issue. Tony did the job in a professional way. He called back promptly, checked the system the next day in the morning and replaced the faulty part in the afternoon on the same day. Everything went smoothly. Heidi handled the receipt and the payment in a professional way. We received the receipt in email the day after. Paid. Then received a second email confirming the payment. Everything went smoothly.
