My wife went for a haircut here. She was given a 3.30 appointment and once she got there they told her we can't take you in as we tried to call you around 2.30 to cancel the appointment. My wife had not received any cancellation call. I've been a regular customer at Teze Salon for 8 years or so. I get my hair colored & cut by Gina Young every 10-12 weeks. In addition, 4 of my teenage & up children have also been long-time customers at TEZE. The salon itself is classy, clean and has a great vibe. The entire staff has a knack for making you feel not only pampered, but also as comfortable as if you were sitting in your own kitchen. I originally booked a first time appointment just for a trim, I hadn't had my hair serviced in a few months. Eli was able to squeeze me in for an all over color, haircut and deep conditioning treatment right before my engagement photos that are happening in two days. Extremely grateful and sending my deepest appreciation to Eli and the team here at Teze. The salon was clean and continuously maintained during my visit, the space was lively and just all around very good vibes. Rebooked immediately and highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this experience but I just didn’t. I was taken back like 15-20 mins late at least. I had an appt with Gina Y. I’ll start by saying she was pretty pleasant for the most part although while I was showing her sample pics of myself to show her what cut I wanted -from when I was about 40lbs lighter and had my makeup done and hair styled- I said something about what I looked like in the picture and she said “oh my god, that was YOU?
