Nol always does a great job on my hair! Everything I ask for turns out amazing!
Can’t respond to my last review but I told you guys that I had a bad hair cut at home which made my hair look like breakage which wasn’t. Then you guys brushed out my curly hair making it look frizzy and judged my hair based off that the next day I was able to get my hair pink by another salon so either you guys were looking for a cash grab or you don’t know how to work with curly hair and don’t listen to clients.
I have thick, Mexican-textured hair, and she did a great job. Natalia listened to my request to only trim what was necessary, which I really appreciated. My hair feels healthier, looks refreshed, and I’m very happy with the results. She was professional, her tools and workspace were very clean, and the whole appointment was a great experience. Looking forward to seeing her again!
They don’t know how to color curly hair. Then tried to get me to buy 300 dollars worth of product on my way out and acted like I would go bald if I didn’t buy them
My stylist is Yocelyn and I love her! Joslin is great at keeping a conversation but also allowing her clients to relax and enjoy the moment when needed. Her scalp and shoulder massages will continue to bring me back each time, it feels too good! I appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the process and always love my end results 🤍
