bad business practices. no supervisor able to satisfy questions, complaints or queries. do not buy. difficult people to get your money back from even when your order is not what you agreed to,
The store offers a variety of natural stone tile selections, however, buyer beware, the tiles are not returnable nor refundable!! You have to check your purchase for defects on site. I only bought 40 tiles but would go to a different store if I needed over 40 tiles.
