I’ve never been here before but I was on Google looking for a salon that would cater to my hair type. After reading the reviews (especially the owners/employee’s responses) to customers being disappointed with their hair or service, I will NOT be going here ever. I’m glad I read everything through. You cannot, and I repeat CANNOT run a business, be rude, not take accountability, and expect people to want to come here. I’m disgusted by these replies. Please shut down and try something else or do better.

I haven’t visited this place and was definitely considering it until I saw the way the owner goes back and forth with other reviews. Lol. I’m not sure if they think that’s doing anything to help their business but it was a good laugh. The fact the owner came back to just further argue more.
