Usually I cut my hair while straightened so this was my first curly cut and McKensie did a great job. My priorities were retaining length and getting better framing around my face. Mckensie listened and executed. So happy with the end result!
The worst and most traumatic experience I have ever had with my hair. I won't even address the issue with the balayage service I received. l came for a curly cut and explained repeatedly that I wanted to keep my length but add some shape.
