I posted a less than glowing review but the company removed it.
I had blinds Installed in the master bed and bath in December 2018. I was told their warranty and service was just as good as Hunter Douglas (which I have in the rest of the house). The mechanism that raises and lowers the blinds is not functioning. In speaking with a service rep, I’m being told to take them down myself and bring them to Garland for repair, or pay a $75 trip free for a tech to come fix their product!! That’s ridiculous! If he doesn’t fix the problem, do I pay another $75 to this company? If I break something... read more

RecommendedTexton is an outstanding window shades provider. We feel privileged to work with this company!
They put my $1500 shades in wrong. When they broke three days later, Texton wanted to charge me to have them fixed. Terrible service. Their competitor, Bloomin’ Blinds, fixed them and gave me a year warranty. Call BB’s!
Great Company! The show room is awesome! A must see :-)
