The Florida Bar referred me here for a $25 visa consultation. I called three times in a single week just to get an appointment on the books. Every time, I was told the lawyer was unavailable and that they would call me back. I've been waiting for almost a month now with zero follow-up. I get that you're busy, and I would have happily accepted an appointment date far in the future (like one month later). But failing to even schedule one is ridiculous.
