So I bought a pool pump six months ago, September 2025 and the pool pump stopped working. I call up and spoke to Javier at the store who proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for service to collect on the year warrant that the pool pump has. I wouldn’t trust this store with any type of major purchase like a new pool pump. Find someone else you’d be doing yourself a favor.

I went to Leslie’s for shock. The nice man behind the counter was very helpful with why my pool was green. He offered to test my water, no charge, and explained how I could keep pool clear and clean. Very professional and showed concern for my situation. This store is a very good source for getting great advice.
This is the Best Leslie’s place that you can go and ask for help, this guys are professional. I spend all weekend looking in other Leslie places for answer and none could help me and this guys were fast and knowledgeable with the issue that I had. Thanks you guys.
