They don’t appreciate or acknowledge hard work. Been thru complications to where I’ve had trouble getting to work on time but I was not late late pass 15 mins. Covered hours with my ato. Even caught up with my work to prove my dedication and loyalty to this place for nearly two years. Goes to show how short loyalty can be cut down. Employees biggest concerns can really be employers puniest.
