I used TexSeal to stain our fence 4 years ago with no problem. This time, he asked for 60% deposit, cashed it immediately and never completed the job. After multiple broken promises, I started over with a new company. What a RIPOFF!
They had the best quote, came out and did not complete sealing my entire length of fence, as had been contracted for. Unfortunately my wife paid their worker without inspecting the entire fence. Ethan Robinson has quit returning phone calls or responding to emails. I've given him 2 days to respond before I file suit. He had all kinds of excuses regarding his workers cheating him, ....
I had TexSeal out to do some fence staining and also stained an arbor at my home in Dallas. They were very clear about the procedures they would proceed with after I agreed on the proposal. We were very happy with the outcome and will definitely pass on TexSeal and Ethan Robinson's information to everyone that needs this service. Also nice they give $50 discount if you ask for it.
