Called to set up as new primary care. They emailed a cumbersome packet which I gilled out and returned, the gal saying they would call to set up an appointment. Never did. 2 voice mails and 10 busy signals later without a response I finally reach someone and they aren’t taking new patients. Absolutely incompetent. Glad they are moving to Anna. Hopefully a competent group will move in.
Cate is the best!!! We have been going here for years. Most of my family is seen here. Will recommend to everyone whom will listen.
Cate and her staff are wonderful!! Cate always listens and understands my anxiety issues. Just talking with her eases my concerns over my health. Highly recommend!
We recently had our son seen by a pediatrician at Texomacare in Van Alstyne, who is no longer practicing. Now, while trying to schedule my daughter, and find a new provider for our son, we are informed that they require vaccinations and do NOT accept religious exemptions for them. So, to be seen... again.. even though we have been seen here in the past and NOT required to get 'required' vaccines, they now require them.
