I agree with the 1 star reviews that for the doctors here to tell me I’m not good enough to be their patient that just goes to show how rude this facility is.
Hope you don’t need healthcare. Called three times, went through patient portal, for over a week now. Still cannot get appointment scheduled.
OMG! If you need fast, friendly, medical care, BestCare Family Medicine of Texoma is the place to go! my 16 yr old son is sick, and since we haven't gotten good care at urgent cares in the past, we thought we would try this one, as it's brand new in Sherman. They saw him as a walk in, they accepted our insurance, beautiful office and friendly staff! Dr. Noroozian saw Jackson, and actually listened to him! Highly recommend them!! I will be going there from now on!!
If you are new to the area, go anywhere else. Even if you have to drive an hour or so. Their new patient screening process is a never ending joke.
