I had a new patient appointment this week with Dr. Andie Toufexis, I really liked her overall. She was attentive, listened to everything I had to say and we made a plan. The location is good, though having to go down to White Road to head back north isn’t the greatest. My only negative thus far was the intake nurse, she wasn’t the friendliest person I’ve ever encountered. Do not come to this location, very un professional. Shocked that if you are not satisfied with one doctors in the office that they WILL NOT by any means let you switch to another doctor. You are somehow locked into the first person you see when all you asked for the first available with no explanation that you are now the permanent primary care doctor. This is INSANE! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this office. Was told it's to avoid conflict in the office? Like really.. y'all are that unprofessional within your own doc... read more

We needed an urgent referral for oncology care for our son, who is already in active treatment with an established oncologist. Due to a sudden insurance change, we were required to go through a newly assigned PCP just to continue his care. We made it explicitly clear that his treatment could not be delayed. That urgency was not reflected at any point in how this was handled. We were told he had to be seen first, but no appointments were available within a reasonable timeframe. Amazing clinic in every aspect! The administrative staff are very friendly, professional and polite. Dr. Ryan Tatum and the clinical staff showed great care and addressed my concerns very efficiently!
