Dr. Ermon and the staff were so compassionate and patient as we made the hard decision to say goodbye to our sweet baby yesterday. This is the 2nd time in just over a year that they have walked this thru pain with us. I couldn’t ask for a more loving group of people. TVH has been my choice for over 13 years. All of the doctors and staff here are wonderful. Very proud to have known you all. 🐾💕
They Really care about your babies and your feelings. They have helped my sweetie through a lot of hard times and now they’re helping me with my Maddie. I cannot say enough about how great the doctors and the steps are. I highly recommend them to anybody they are the best around.

Once again Dr Tidwell has saved the day. Our pug was bitten by something n was a sick boy. They worked him right in and got him feeling better. I can’t thank the whole staff enough for their compassion and understanding!
