The wait time at this place is unacceptable. The doctors and staff are friendly, but need better organization and time management. The last time, it took more than 2 hours - just waiting. I hope they can improve the waiting time. If you are not willing to wait and wait for a longer period, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time. My mother’s appointment was scheduled at 2:30, made us wait for over 2.5 hours. Please find another doctor! They do not value your time here. Why is my mother getting seen at 5:00 when we scheduled her appointment for 2:30? If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way I was treated at this doctor’s office. I had a 1:30 PM appointment and called two hours ahead to let them know my ride would make me late. I was told over the phone that it was okay for me to arrive by 2:00 PM. I got there just two minutes after 2:00 PM, and they denied my visit and told me I would have to reschedule—for next month! I wanted to share my concerns regarding the wait time during my recent visit. While I understand that the appointment confirmation mentioned a 1.5-hour timeframe, I find it excessive, particularly when the majority of that time was spent waiting—55 minutes in the waiting area and an additional 25 minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor. Avoid - wait times are beyond ridiculous. Easy fix, schedule less patients, don’t be greedy!!!!
