My appointment was at 9am. Every single patient who came after me, went in before I was brought in at 10am. At one point when asked. Was told that 2 hours wait time is normal. How come none of the other patients waited for that time. I learned later that although I was told that I was checked in, I wasn’t and hence the medical staff didn’t know to get me in. Hope this is a one off and not normal situation.

Provides excellent care for my eyes.
I will never recommend this place to anyone. The first time my husband was there, we waited for hours before we got seen. The second time we were there for an hour and 45 minutes and still had not been seen so we had to leave because we had another appointment. I doubt if we will ever be back. This is totally unacceptable.
