My mother and I had a truly unpleasant experience with Dr. Vijay. We were subjected to an exorbitant wait of 3 1/2 hours, which I believe was excessive and possibly motivated by greed. This was a stark contrast to the last 2 1/2 years, when we never had to wait that long. If I could leave zero stars I would. My appointment was at 10:45am I’ve waited 2 hours and I still haven’t yet to be called to be seen. What are appointments for if not to abide and then if we are late we get charged? They tell us to arrive early I checked in at 10:10am… very unprofessional and not considerate of their clients time.

Always overbooked so expect to wait at least an hour and half before you get to see the doctor. Terrible management and administration

Dr khetpal is extremely kind, patient,knowledgable,very best. He explains what he is going to, works for best outcome he's been my dr since 2014, would not change drs,would move wherever he went.

The last 3 visits I had, I waited 3-1/2 hours each time. The lobby was standing room only. I someone has COVID in the room, everyone waiting in the lobby would have contracted it. We were like sardines in a can in that lobby. Staff was friendly and nice despite people complaining about the wait. The staff was used to it. The doctor was professional and the actual test + the discussion of the results and prescription fill minus the 3-1/2 hours wait took only 10 minutes. The facility maybe overbooking each day.
