Can I give zero stars? I mean, I get that eye health is complicated and takes time, so I understood the 1.5 hour appointment length… but they didn’t say that 1.5 hours would be spent waiting on no one to show up. This is a reflection of the business and their seriously poor time management - stop overscheduling. I would have rather waited an extra week for an appointment that would actually take place, instead I’m left trying to find another ophthalmologist who understands that their’s isn’t the only valuable time. Wait time over 1 1/2, care was super rushed and didn't even get a chance to explain myself in why I made a appointment,and I even paid out of pocket
Very unprofessional, was in waiting room for over 1hr 30mins and they only scrambled to get us back when I asked for our money back. If you Dont have insurance I suggest you find another business that's accredited by the BBB and probably treat you with respect
The amount of patients in the waiting room, was daunting, and the waiting time to see Dr. Khetpal was long, yet we appreciated not having to travel to his office in Sherman. We are confident that Dr. Khetpal diagnosed my husband’s condition accurately, and would recommend him to others.
