An appointment was set up, on a business card for two different dates in Allen for lazor surgery . When i looked today , a reminder for my apptmt was from the SHERMON office, not Allen. I called Sherman office to cancel it because i had made arrangements for someone to take me for my laser apptmt. in Allen. No one every mentioned to me that the Dr has an office in Sherman. What a screwup , for me and my rider. m.s.
