This is a long one so get comfy. Really wanted to give a better review but after a couple visits here I just can't. My first appointment was an extremely long wait due to an emergency surgery and I was told ahead of time, no biggie. While I'm waiting to be seen a staff member was staring at me through the crack in the door while I was on my phone so I look up and she said "Are you calling the office?" with a rude tone .. uh no..just on my phone. Can I give zero stars? I mean, I get that eye health is complicated and takes time, so I understood the 1.5 hour appointment length… but they didn’t say that 1.5 hours would be spent waiting on no one to show up. This is a reflection of the business and their seriously poor time management - stop overscheduling. I would have rather waited an extra week for an appointment that would actually take place, instead I’m left trying to find another ophthalmologist who understands that their’s isn’t the only valuable time. Wait time over 1 1/2, care was super rushed and didn't even get a chance to explain myself in why I made a appointment,and I even paid out of pocket

Very unprofessional, was in waiting room for over 1hr 30mins and they only scrambled to get us back when I asked for our money back. If you Dont have insurance I suggest you find another business that's accredited by the BBB and probably treat you with respect
