They were super nice,I was so nervous and almost passed out but they helped me through it and gave me a snack at the end of it. 10/10
Fast and efficient as always.
Had a wonderful visit as usual. I'm a regular platelets donor, so the staff are friends at this point. This particular visit brought my total donations to an even 16 gallons. It's nice to give something lifesaving back to my community.
Poor services, I've been going there for 30 years and have given over 8gl. I do have reading issues. Went their today to give blood and a young lady with glass would not help me with the paperwork. They have always help on the paperwork and this lady was saying they don't do that a have never help people with the paperwork. I guess I will not be giving blood there anymore. Very unfriendly. Maybe that's why they have trouble getting people to come in.
