Wondering why the airline filter indicator was not reset and it showed a 62% air filter life? When I called he said you're speaking to the manager I said so that means you sold me a bad air filter? No answer just told me to come by and have them reset it. An oil change and air filter cost $115 for this I should be able to get a straight answer

My 16 year old had an awful experience with the two guys that were running the shop on Thursday the 13th. After having his oil changed his truck was making an awful sound. I took it back up there to find out what happened. The employee explained he needed a new air filter but refused. I agreed to purchase an air filter and have it changed if he could promise me that the sound would be fixed.
