After never receiving a call on the appointment date I was switched to another doctor abruptly. In the middle of covid despite having been going to Dr Matus by phone and appointment for years was told I needed to come in physically. Mind you I have immune system and mega lung problems. then they proceeded to drop me because I was too nervous and rescheduled 2 times.
