The doctor is wonderful a d because of him i hate giving a 3 star rating. Office manager is helpful and professional she helped me with a sistuation when front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Front desk is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS EMPATHY. A few weeks ago i wqs at lab corp and needed her help, she was so rigid, she did nothing to help but kept transferring me to the MA, finally had to call the OM, who assistes me. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to take care of me,all staff members are very professional and nice.They take their time to answer all my questions.
He is absolutely the best dr I have ever had! My whole family loves him! He had saved me many of times, every time I am admitted into the hospital he always makes it a point to be there and to figure out what the problem is, he does everything he can to ensure I am taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring dr! 10/10 recommend!
Good doctor, just don't understand why I got 6 refusals over a 2 month period for medicine.( my insurance company and pharmacy sent letters each time). Also, anytime I was to have an order called in it had to be rescheduled, because the correct orders weren't sent. Again, I have receipts. The last time I was there Dr. Elgouhari had to call the nurse in 3 times, and her reply was 'I'm texting you' and wouldn't come in theroom I don't doubt he's the best around, but to tell a patient by the PA that Hepatitis C doesn't cause th... read more
