Your actual appointment time is 30 minutes before the stated time as time works differently inside doctors offices than in the real world. Waiting to see how the actual doctor is for the reschedule. Seems like an insurance scam to be able to charge for no shows without actually missing appointments.
The doctor is knowledgeable, but there is zero follow through. Phone calls are not returned, questions are not answered, and my overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this medical office.
What a horrible doctors office. Avoid this place and go somewhere McKinney if you can. Showing up 15 minutes before your appointment isn’t acceptable and considered a no show so they won’t let you see the doctor. This doctor’s office isn’t even nice enough to let you know those are their stupid freaking rules and will just let your wife stand there crying because she can’t see the DR even though it was 15 minutes before her appointment time.
