I had a doctor appointment last Thursday. The doctor requested I have a CAT scan done. I explained I was leaving the country for a vacation on Tuesday and therefore the CAT scan would need to be done by Monday. They assured me they would submit it on Thursday and I should hear back no later than Monday When Monday came and I hadn’t heard from anybody I called the CAT scan clinic who told me they did not have an order for me. The doctor is wonderful a d because of him i hate giving a 3 star rating. Office manager is helpful and professional she helped me with a sistuation when front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Front desk is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS EMPATHY. A few weeks ago i wqs at lab corp and needed her help, she was so rigid, she did nothing to help but kept transferring me to the MA, finally had to call the OM, who assistes me. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to take care of me,all staff members are very professional and nice.They take their time to answer all my questions.
