Took almost 2 months to finally get someone to answer the phone, the woman was extremely rude and kept saying she was on the road and it would be at least a couple weeks before they could send someone out. Due to their lack of returning calls the compressor on the unit their company installed with extended warranty went out which is costing a couple thousands on electrical and AC repairs that could have been avoided if they valued their customers and company. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. If the place I rent from would stop using this company, maybe I wouldn't be on my THIRD service call in 1 month. It's too hot for a rigged AC.
