Highly Recommend Dr Waters! He did an excellent job with our son. He is very knowledgeable and was very good at answering any questions we had. The whole staff was very friendly and made us all feel very welcomed!
I have sent 5 children through this office and today's experience was the first time where they refused to listen to how much the insurance company agreed in writing to pay and would not compromise at all. They had received all the letters from my insurance company as well as with me today. They will not trust you to pay any balance and the office staff including Dr Hickman will treat you less than fairly. Until today I would have recommended his office and have on many occasions.
